some system might need NETFRAME before it can be installed
and follow the settings seen on this screenshot

and you insert your username and password in the box provided on the software. you must configure your Browser with this proxy 127.0.0.1 and port: 8080 The only bug with the software is that it encounter problem after few minutes of connection and the solution I reccomend is never you close the software problem notification and just continue surfing. SOURCE FROM
