Send weeklytrial as SMS to 141 and you get free 25M worth of data freely, thereafter you can send dailytrial to 141 and another 10MB free dta would be added to your data bundle.
 How do you check your bundle? just send *141*712*0# and you will get your data balance. you can try  the internet might be slow on EDGE network cover area but speed like light on HSDA or 3G covered area. just search on your modem for network and choose HSPA/HSPDA if available.
