SIMPLE STEPS ON HOW YOU CAN TAKE SNAPSHOT OF YOUR COMPUTER SCREEN

Taking a snapshot of your screen is as simple as ABC but many cannot  still perform this simple task on their computers, I will simply show you the simple step by step process you could snapshot your screen without using any software though there are useful software you could use for doing this simple task. Screen shot is the ability to snap the images/texts that appear in your computer screen at any point/time
.

Many a computer user find it sincerely difficult to take screenshot on their computers, this is because of lack of knowledge. Many also believe that the task cannot be done without a software, this is not an outright truth because you could take a screen shot in your laptop, and edit it using paint.



In this post i will be showing you two ways to take a screen shot in your computer and they are:

* without any software:
* with softwares

HOW DO I TAKE A SCREENSHOT ON MY COMPUTER WITHOUT ANY SOFTWARE?


when you want to take a screen shot in any computer, on your laptop computer just hold the FUNCTION KEY (Fn) and press (prt sc) button from your keyboard. This will take the screen shot of you computer although you will not notice any change.Go to paint on your computer and paste your captured snaps
How to open paint : click on the start button select All programs and select accessory from the list then select PAINT.When the paint environment/window opens, press CTRL + V to paste your captured shot from the keyboard and you will see exactly the image you have captured. you can now edit the image to your taste using graphic software like Photoshop or Coreldraw

You can as well use a software called SNIPPING TOOL, this software comes with WINDOWS 7 OS by default.
CLICK on start button => SELECT ALL PROGRAMS => ACCESSORIES => SNIPPING TOOL => CROP out the part of the screen you wish to snap and SAVE.
